    See assessor ownership data and appraised values, collector tax amounts due and amounts paid, district boundary maps, contours, flood data, address points, registered section corners, recent color photography. ** Subscribers will also see expanded appraised value data, building characteristics, property photos and building diagrams, and sales data.
      ** Please note:
    • This WebGIS page requires MicroSoft Silverlight to operate and if it is not already installed on your computer it will attempt to automatically install it for you if you allow it.
    • Also, the latest service packs for Windows XP may need to be installed first.
    • For users running Windows 7 64-bit, it may be necessary to first install the 32-bit version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, then using this version of IE, access the webGIS for automatic installation of Microsoft Silverlight.
    • For best results when using the 'Print Map' button in the top dock:
      * allow plenty of time for the computer to render the print job to your printer and
      * please be sure one or more parcels is selected if you want parcel data to print.
      * Zoom levels are predetermined for map prints, so you may not be able to zoom in as much as desired, so we suggest you consider the following point.

  • Excel File UnZipped - 2011 Real Estate Ownership Records (13 MB). Clicking on this link in Internet Explorer allows you to choose Open or Save. If Open is chosen, then allow plenty of time for the file to download and display in a new browser window. If Save is chosen then explore to a location for the file to be saved in. Microsoft Excel files require either a licensed install of Excel or the the free Excel Viewer file reader. There may be other spreadsheet software that will open an Excel file.

    This data set reflects the property ownership in Phelps County as of June 2011 and includes assessment values as of July 1. The file contains the ownership records: owner name, mailing addresses, legal descriptions, assessment value, lot size, and such for each parcel. It does not contain building years or sizes, however that information is available in the office on the public access stations. Please note: the assessor's building adjusted area IS NOT the same as the Gross Living Area (GLA). Our records DO NOT contain the GLA.
