Notice is hereby given that a Primary Election will be held at the regular polling places in each Precinct of Phelps County and that the polls will be open between the hours of 6:00 a.m and 7:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in August, 2004, being the 3rd day of August, 2004, for the purpose of nominating candidates for federal, state, district, and county offices to be voted for at the General Election to be held on Tuesday, the 2nd day of November, 2004, and electing county committee offices.
