County Liquor Licenses are available at the County Clerk’s Office in the Phelps County Court House at 200 North Main Street, Suite 102, Rolla, MO 65401.

Before we can issue your County License, we must have a copy of your State Liquor License.
When paying by cash or check, please include an additional $3.00 per liquor license for the processing fee. Checks can be written out to Phelps County Clerk. We do not accept debit or credit cards.
