Phelps County Policy for Submitted Subdivision Plats
Effective June 11, 2020 Subdivision plats may be submitted for recording on Paper.
Effective September 21, 2006 Subdivision plats filed for record must have an accompanying digital form.
Plats will be recorded and kept in the Phelps County Recorder’s office. The digital form, preferably an AutoCAD .dwg file will be forwarded to the Assessor’s office for ease in coordinating with the GIS after the Plat is recorded.
