MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - Board of Equalization
In accordance with Section 138.010, RSMo, notice is hereby given that the Phelps County Board of Equalization will convene on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the County Commission Chambers of the Phelps County Courthouse, 200 N. Main Street, Suite 105, Rolla, MO 65401. Any person who disagrees with the assessment of their property may appeal to the county Board of Equalization.
Appeal forms are available: Board of Equalization Appeal Form . Appeals must be submitted no later than the statutory deadline of 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 13, 2026.
